DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE OR WRONG SIZE ITEMS - What do I do if my item arrived damaged/ defective or i received the wrong size?

 

If there is an error with your order or it arrives damaged or you received the wrong size, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order and we will have it corrected immediately. Please provide detailed feedback and photos of the item's defects or the size label. For ex: Loose seams, damaged garment, wrong size, incorrect print, etc.

Once we receive this feedback, we will pass it along to our manufacturer have them reship you a new order.
