PRE-ORDERS - Can I purchase a pre-order item together with a non-preorder item?

Unfortunately, pre-order and non-pre-order items are unable to be combined onto the same order for a couple of reasons. One reason is because they are shipped at different times from different locations, and the other is because they are charged differently.

Regular (non-pre-order) items are charged at the time the order is placed and shipped within the normal turnaround timeframe depending on the specific item's availability. Pre-order items are not billed until the pre-order item is ready to be shipped which will be indicated on the specific item's product page.
