WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We may accept your return or exchange if your request is submitted within 10 business days of the order's delivery date. Items marked as Final Sale do not apply. "Final Sale" items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review your item's Product Page to see if it is a "Final Sale" item, and check the item's Size Chart (also on the Product Page) to ensure the proper fit.
All returned items must be in "As New" condition. "As new" means unwashed, unworn, and unmodified in any way. We reserve the right to determine whether a returned item meets our standards for "as-new condition", and we will provide refunds or partial refunds at our sole discretion.
WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING?
If we made an error -- like sending you an incorrect or defective item -- we will pay for the return postage (if you are in the USA or Canada).
However, if you are exchanging for a different size, or returning the item because you simply don't want it, you must pay the shipping cost yourself.
